Nila Ragu is a recent graduate of the University of Washington’s Information School, where she earned a degree in Informatics with a minor in Disability Studies. She is passionate about making technology work better for everyone, especially for communities often left out of the conversation.

Nila views design and research as powerful tools to create accessible, inclusive, and genuinely helpful digital experiences. As a User Experience Consultant, she contributed to the development and optimization of our websites and course content, focusing on accessibility, usability, and inclusive design.
